Una investigación psicoanalítica que se interesa por algunos hechos que conciernen al contexto social, en nuestro caso los homicidios realizados por niños, requiere de un instrumento de
conocimiento del testimonio tal como el propio sujeto puede reportarlo. ¿Cuál es la particularidad de una investigación psicoanalítica?; ¿Qué verdad busca capturar?; ¿Qué tipo de saber se
obtiene de una investigación psicoanalítica que se ocupa de un
fenómeno social o de un fenómeno clínico? ¿Cuáles son los
instrumentos, las técnicas, las herramientas operativas de 'obtención de datos' o de 'captura del fenómeno' que sirven a la
investigación psicoanalítica? El presente texto tratará de definir
la especificidad del testimonio como instrumento de investigación psicoanalítica y determinar los medios a través de los cuales es posible asir el sujeto del inconsciente ya se trate de entrevistas, testimonios, publicaciones de casos judiciales diferentes
