Un modelo de enseñanza de las TICS en la universidad. = A model of education of the TICS in the university.

Las tecnologías de la información y comunicación social (TICS) han atravesado y ejercido su influencia en la sociedad apareciendo como un nuevo paradigma, la sociedad en red, que plantea problemas y nuevos escenarios en donde la educación pasa a ser una dimensión central para el desarrollo del conocimiento, de los sujetos y la sociedad en su conjunto. Es aquí donde debemos pensar en la enseñanza de las TICS para que sean inclusiones legítimas que nos permitan articular dimensiones de desarrollo y producción de conocimientos acordes a las necesidades del alumnado y de los contextos específicos en las que serán aplicadas. En este sentido tanto el aprendizaje de las TICS, como el de temas específicos como el de accesibilidad a los medios tecnológicos, deben ser tratados y conceptualizados transversalmente, es decir, permitiendo la conexión del conocimiento con la vida cotidiana, tendiendo enlaces entre el conocimiento científico y el vulgar, favoreciendo el aprendizaje significativo, trabajando dentro y fuera del aula promoviendo la interacción y el trabajo colaborativo, motivando en la realización de un proyecto que se adecue a valores y actitudes que permitan pensar el uso de los recursos y productos de la sociedad de la información como un derecho para todos.

The technologies of the information and social communication (TICS) have crossed and exerted its influence in the society appearing like a new paradigm, society in network, that creates problems and new scenes in where education happens to be a central dimension for the development of the knowledge, of the subjects and the society as a whole. It is here where we must think about the education of the TICS so that they are legitimate inclusions that allow us to articulate dimensions of development and production of agreed knowledge to necessities of the pupils and the specific contexts in which they will be applied. In this sense as much the learning of the TICS, like the one of specific subjects like the one of accessibility to technological means, they must be cross-sectionally treated, that is to say, allowing the connection of the knowledge with the daily life, tending connections between the scientific knowledge and the vulgar one, favoring the significant learning, working inside and outside the classroom promoting the interaction and the collaborative work, motivating in the accomplishment of a project that is adapted to values and attitudes that allow to think the use of the resources and products of the society of the information like a right for all.
