Representaciones sociales y práctica profesional de equipos interdisciplinarios del programa de salud escolar del G.C.B.A. = Social representations and professional practice of the interdiciplinary teams of the school health program of the G.C.B.A. (Buenos Aires city government).

RESUMEN

El presente trabajo se desarrolla en el marco del Proyecto de investigación: Representaciones Sociales y Práctica Profesional de Equipos Interdisciplinarios del Programa de Salud Escolar del G.C.B.A. Su objetivo es presentar, a partir del material relevado, las ideas que los profesionales tienen de su práctica, así
como la relación entre estas y la actividad profesional que efectivamente realizan. El trabajo se enmarca en una estrategia metodológica esencialmente cualitativa, estudio exploratorio descriptivo de corte transversal. Las unidades de análisis están constituidas por cada sujeto profesional integrante del equipo interdisciplinario del Programa de Salud Escolar. Resultados alcanzados: las concepciones de profesionales con respecto a su tarea, presentan una importante tensión entre la práctica asistencial y las acciones orientadas a la prevención y promoción de la salud. Con respecto a las condiciones consideradas como
“ideales” para el desarrollo de su práctica, se hace mención a la complejidad de las problemáticas que se abordan y la necesidad de un trabajo articulado para poder hacer frente a la misma.
Con referencia a la articulación requerida, se menciona como un aspecto relevante la búsqueda de consensos.

ABSTRACT

The present work develops in the framework of the Investigation Project: Social Representations and Professional Practice of interdisciplinary Teams of the School Health Program of the G. C. B. A. Its objective is to present, from the material relieved, the ideas that the professionals have of its practice, as well as the relation between these and the professional activity that they really carry out. The work is framed in an essentially qualitative methodological strategy, descriptive exploratory study of cross
section. The units of analysis are constituted by each subject professional member of the interdisciplinary team of the School Health Program. Results reached: the conceptions of professionals with regard to their task, they present an important tension between the welfare practice and the actions oriented to
the prevention and promotion of the health. With regard to the respected conditions as “ideal” for the development of their practice, it is mentioned the complexity of the problematic that are undertaken and the need of an articulated work to be able to face the same one. With reference to the articulation required, is mentioned like a prominent aspect the search of consensus.
