RESUMEN
En el marco del Proyecto UBACyT P017: 'Efectos terapéuticos de la intervención analítica en ámbitos institucionales', el presente trabajo dará cuenta de los efectos terapéuticos producidos a partir de las intervenciones de un dispositivo institucional de orientación psicoanalítica para la asistencia de niños con Patologías Graves de la Subjetivación (Autismo y Psicosis Infantil), tomando como eje fundamental las modificaciones subjetivas verificadas en el ámbito de la relación al otro. Se trabajará sobre el relato de un caso construido por el equipo terapéutico, a través del cual se abordaran los interrogantes que surgen de la relación entre las intervenciones propias del dispositivo y los efectos producidos en el eje mencionado. Se tomaran como referencia de lectura los seminarios de J. Lacan comprendidos entre los años 1953 y 1968.

ABSTRACT
In the context of the UBACyT Project P017: 'Therapeutic effects of the analytical intervention in institutional areas ', the following investigation will try to give account of the therapeutic effects produced from the interventions of an institutional device of psychoanalytic orientation for the assistance of children with Severe Pathologies of the Subjetivación (Autism and Infantile Psychosis), focusing on the subjective modifications verified on the field of the relationship with the other one. We will work on a case reported by the therapeutic team, through which approach the issues that arise from the relation between the interventions of the device and the effects produced on the field above; taking as a reference Lacan´s Seminars included between 1953 and 1968.
