RESUMEN
Se realiza un breve análisis de la actual tira de televisión ´Lalola´ para plantear la generización de las prácticas y los procesos organizacionales. ´Lalola´ es tomado como un texto cultural, en el cual a través de la parodia y la comicidad se plantea la generización intrínseca de múltiples situaciones organizacionales y el discurrir de varones y mujeres por el mundo organizacional.
