- ABSTRACT Taking the concept of Transference as our guide, we will explore the social bond that breaks up as a consecuence of the psichotic 'unchainig' reaction. The autor´s three years experience as a coordinator in a Day Hospital activity called Reflection Group was the first step onto this paper. It´s own name makes the diference: although is not group therapy, it has therapeutic effects. It´s an open minded place where every participant is able to tell it all. Everyone is taken as an individual and it´s testimony is well accepted: 'We came here to tell you what´s going on in our minds” says one of the group members.
