Salud mental, desintitucionalización y rehabilitación. = Mental health, desinstitucionalization and rehabilitation.

La desinstitucionalización en Salud Mental es formulada en la
Constitución de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires en 1996. El tema
es retomado con la promulgación de la Ley Básica de Salud y
la Ley 448 de Salud Mental de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires que
propone un marco legal y un replanteo de las prácticas vigentes.
El equipo interdisciplinario junto con la existencia de nuevos
efectores en Salud Mental son algunos de los ejes planteados
en dicha ley. Algunos de esos efectores se encuentran
actualmente en el área de rehabilitación de los hospitales monovalentes.
El objetivo de este planteo investigativo es rastrear
la presencia del equipo interdisciplinario en algunos de los dispositivos
del área de Rehabilitación hospitalaria mediante un
metodología cualitativa aplicada a usuarios del sistema y
trabajadores.

The desinstitucionalization in Mental Health has been stated in
the Buenos Aires Constitution in 1996. The subject has been
resumed with the promulga-tion of the Health Basic Law and
the Buenos Aires Mental Health Law (Nº 448) which propose a
legal frame and a restate of the practices in force. Both
interdisciplinary staffs and the existence of new effectors in
Mental Health are some of the main points outlined in that law.
Some of those effectors can be found at the present time in the
rehabilitation area of Psychiatric Hospitals. The aim of the
restatement in this research is to investigate the presence of
the interdisciplinary staff in some of the rehabilitation areas
dispositives by using a qualitative methodology with the mental
health system users and workers.
