De la angustia al dolor : acting-out, pasaje al acto y duelo en la clínica de la anorexia y bulimia. = From anguish to pain : acting-out, passage to the act and mourning in the clinic of anorexia and bulimia.

En el presente trabajo abordaremos la diferenciación entre los afectos angustia y el dolor, especialmente en lo que hace al trabajo que se lleva a cabo en el duelo. Por mostrar este último un carácter homólogo en lo que refiere al vínculo con el objeto, haremos un recorte en el campo de las anorexias y bulimias. Diremos que el duelo, así como la anorexia y bulimia, evidencian el estatuto del objeto en tanto vacío. Nos valdremos de un material clínico a partir del cual indagaremos el lugar de los afectos antes mencionados, para luego interrogar las referencias freudianas en relación a dicha temática. Con esas coordenadas epistémicas diferenciadas, abordaremos la compulsión a comer propia de la bulimia para pasar a interrogar dos de los modos de presentación del padecimiento subjetivo con respecto a la angustia: el pasaje al acto y el acting out. En un apartado final, expondremos las conclusiones a las que hemos arribado, así como futuras líneas de investigación.

In the present work we will address the problem of the differentiation between the affections anguish and pain, especially in what it does to the work that is carried out in the duel. For showing the latter a homologous character in what refers to the link with the object, we will make a cut in the field of anorexia and bulimia. We will say that grief, as well as anorexia and bulimia, show the status of the object as empty. We will use a clinical material from which we will investigate the place of these affections and then interrogate the Freudian references in relation to this topic. With these differentiated epistemic coordinates, we will address the bulimia's own compulsion to eat to examine two of the modes of presentation of subjective suffering with respect to anguish: the passage to the act and the acting out. In a final section we will expose the conclusions we have arrived at as well as the possible lines of research that were generated in the course itself.
