Variantes de la resistencia en el curso de tratamientos psicoanalíticos en instituciones. = Variants of the resistance in the course of psychoanalytic treatments in institutions.

En este artículo se presentan las líneas principales y los avances del proyecto de investigación PROINPSI aprobado por la Resolución (CD) N° 1115/11 "Variantes de la Resistencia y posibilidades de su elaboración en el curso de tratamientos psicoanalíticos efectuados en el Servicio de Psicopatología (Adultos) en el ámbito de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.". Dicha investigación tiene como marco teórico a la teoría psicoanalítica y su eje fundamental es el estudio de la noción de resistencia en psicoanálisis articulado al estudio de casos clínicos atendidos en un servicio asistencial público y gratuito. Los objetivos de este trabajo son: a) realizar un recorrido por las principales elaboraciones teóricas en torno al concepto de resistencia; b) establecer, a partir del análisis de casos, articulaciones en torno a los obstáculos que surgen en la dirección de la cura. Se abordan distintas dimensiones de la experiencia analítica que permitan esclarecer el concepto que investigamos, especialmente sobre la forma en cómo el saber, el diagnóstico y el pago en dinero operan como resistencias. Finalmente, estas cuestiones nos llevan a interrogarnos sobre la noción de "deseo del analista".

This paper is part of the research project PROINPSI approved by Resolution (CD) N° 1115/11. The main core of this investigation, framed within the psychoanalytic theory, is to study the notion of resistance in psychoanalysis. Besides, it also aims to explore how this concept can be linked to the study of the clinical cases which are treated in a public mental health service. The objectives of this work are: a) to analyse the main theoretical achievements around the psychoanalytic notion of resistance; b) to establish, from the analysis of clinical cases, theoretical articulations around the obstacles that may arise in the direction of the cure. Several dimensions of the analytic experience are tackled as they may lead to clear up the concept explored; especially the way by which the knowledge, the diagnostic process and the payment may operate as resistances to the cure. Finally, these all matters take us to enquire the concept of "the analyst's desire."
