- ABSTRACT The following communication has the purpose of presenting objectives, questions and methodology of the first moments of an investigation about the elaboration on the infantile ideas of the right to the privacy in different contexts. This investigation has the intention to extend the developments reached within the equipment in which it register (P011, directed by Dr. Castorina) in relation to the institutional restrictions of infantile ideas of the right to the privacy. Until the moment, it has been intestigated in which way the more coercive or disciplined scholastic practices put certain conditions to the infantile planning of this right. Nevertheless, it is relevant for our studies to ingestigate how these slight knowledge are constructed in another ones less disiplined contexts. The investigation tha we are presenting is oriented in this direction. In this way, it is tried to construct judgment elements to determine the reach of the institutional restrictions on the infantile ideas, comparing the produced infantile conceptual constructions in scholastic contexts with others arisen in different scopes of production from the scholastic.
RESUMEN
La siguiente ponencia tiene la finalidad de presentar los objetivos,
interrogantes y metodología de una investigación en sus primeros
momentos de elaboración sobre las ideas infantiles del derecho a
la intimidad en diferentes contextos. Esta indagación tiene la intensión ampliar los desarrollos alcanzados dentro del equipo en el
que se inscribe (P011, dirigido por el Dr. Castorina) en relación a
las restricciones institucionales de ideas infantiles del derecho a
la intimidad. Hasta el momento, se han indagado de qué manera
las prácticas escolares más coactivas o disciplinares ponen ciertas condiciones a la conceptualización infantil de este derecho.
Sin embargo, resulta relevante para nuestros estudios indagar
cómo son construidas estas nociones en otros contextos menos
disciplinares. En esta dirección se orienta la investigación que
presentamos. De esta manera, se pretende construir elementos
de juicio para determinar el alcance de las restricciones institucionales sobre las ideas infantiles, comparando las construcciones
conceptuales infantiles producidas en contextos escolares con
otras surgidas en ámbitos de producción distintos al escolar.
