El homicidio : Una patentización del sujeto en lo real. = Homicidal, the real subject.

RESUMEN
El objetivo del presente trabajo es transferir los resultados de la investigación 'Delito y menor. El niño homicida, una mirada psicoanalítica' (2008-2010). De las múltiples vertientes trabajadas, en esta exposición se presentan tres ejes: 1. El kakón como efecto de discurso y la patentización del sujeto en lo real; 2. Las características observadas en la población testigo; 3. Un cálculo de la intervención posible: apostar al hablante-ser a decir sobre el horror.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to transfer the results of the research 'Crime and minor.' 'Homicidal child, a psychoanalytic glance' (2008-2010). Of the multiple aspects worked on the topic, this exhibition presents four issues:1. the effects of discursive mutation and the patenting of the subject in the real, 2. features observed in the control population; 3. A calculation of the possible intervention: bet on the turn to the unconscious.
