RESUMEN
En esta exposición nos proponemos precisar los conceptos de sanción penal, ley, culpa y sujeto, y sus articulaciones, desde el marco teórico psicoanalítico, con el fin de hacer comprensible nuestra hipótesis principal de investigación. Por este mismo motivo diferenciamos la sanción del castigo y comparamos sus
efectos con la impunidad.
ABSTRACT
The objective of this writing is to clear the concepts off sanction, law, guilt and human subject and theirs joints from the psychoanalytic theoretical frame, with the purpose of making comprehensible our main hypothesisof investigation. For this reason, also, we compared the sanction with the punishment and impunity.
