Resumen

Se aborda la relación entre las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación como herramientas habilitadoras y su aplicación a la Educación Especial en el ámbito de una Práctica de Investigación en la Formación de psicólogos/as desde una perspectiva contextualista y situada. Se exponen las perspectivas teóricas que orientan el uso y dominio de TIC y se introducen algunos modelos mentales que orientan prácticas de docentes en dispositivos de educación especial.

Abstract

One approaches the relation between the Technologies of the Information and Communication (TIC) like tools that make possible the inclusion and their application to the Special Education in the scope of a Practice of Investigation in the Formation of psychologists from a context and located perspective. The theoretical perspective are exposed that orient the use and TIC dominion and some mental models are introduced that orient practices of educational in devices of special education.
