Trabajo psicoterapéutico en red : un caso clínico. = Psychotherapeutic work in network : a clinic case.

Resumen

Este trabajo se enmarca en la investigación P051 de la Cátedra Psicoanálisis Escuela Inglesa II de la Facultad de Psicología de la UBA. Se trata de una investigación empírica en la que se utilizan diversas estrategias metodológicas, entre ellas el estudio de caso. Se presentará un caso clínico en el que se llevó a cabo un trabajo psicoterapéutico en red, en un Servicio de Psicología con base comunitaria que depende de la Facultad de Psicología de la UBA. Incluye la relación entre dicho Servicio, la escuela, el juzgado y los profesionales que atendieron a la mamá en un Hospital Psiquiátrico. Se implementaron distintos abordajes: Psicoterapia individual, Psicoterapia grupal (Grupo de Orientación a Padres o Adultos responsables, Grupo psicoterapéutico de niños), entrevistas individuales, sesiones vinculares, entrevistas del equipo terapéutico con los miembros de la familia tratada y con los demás profesionales. Dicho dispositivo clínico
permitió que el tratamiento pudiera sostenerse y requirió por parte de los profesionales tratantes una actitud activa que excedió los límites del consultorio y del Servicio.

Abstract

This work fits in the P051 investigation 'Psychic Change assessments in children in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy' of the Second Chair of English School of Psychoanalysis. This is an empirical research on which are used various methodological strategies, including the case study. There will be presented a
clinic case in which a psychotherapeutic work was carried out in network, in a Psychology community-based Service. Includes the relationship between that Service, the school, the courthouse and professionals that attended the mother in a psychiatric hospital. Various approaches were implemented: Individual
psychotherapy, group psychotherapy (focus groups with parents or responsible adults, group psychotherapy for children), individual interviews, linking sessions, interviews between the therapeutic team and the members of the treated family and with other professionals. This clinical device allowed the treatment
could be sustained and required an active attitude of the profesionals that exceeded the limits of the psychologist office and the Service.
