| Nota de resumen, etc. | RESUMEN<br/><br/><br/>En el presente trabajo se presentan las conclusiones del proyecto de investigación 'El sujeto docente de EGB en la Institución Educativa en escuelas sub-urbanas de la Provincia de San Juan', desarrollado en la Provincia de San Juan. Fue acreditado en la Universidad Nacional de San Juan, Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica (Sicytca) en el período 2006-2007. El proyecto es de tipo descriptivo- comprensivo y con una metodología predominantemente cualitativa. Los cambios en el sistema educativo en las últimas décadas, afectaron la cultura laboral docente. Estos sufrieron no sólo la fragmentación del sistema sino además los impactos en la organización escolar, afectando su tarea y su cuerpo. La percepción que un docente tiene de su rol , su cuerpo y síntomas, si bien son representaciones personales y únicas, están atravesadas por condiciones materiales y no materiales del contexto, a partir de las cuales el docente integra cognitivamente la realidad personal y social que le toca vivir en su trabajo. |

| Nota de resumen, etc. | ABSTRACT<br/><br/><br/>The current research shows the main conclusions drawn from the project called 'The teacher of EGB (General Basic Education) within the Educational Institution at sub-urban schools in the Province of San Juan,' The project was officially authorized by the Secretariat of Science and Technology (Sicytca) of the National University of San Juan for the 2006-2007 period. The transformations produced in the educational system in the last decades have changed the teaching working culture. Teachers have been affected not only by the system fragmentation but also by the impact in school organization, which in turn, have altered their daily duties and physical condition. Although the perceptions a teacher has about his role, body and symptoms are personal and unique representations, they are influenced by the material and non material conditions of the educational environment. Based on those perceptions, a teacher integrates cognitively the personal and social reality he has to deal with in his job. |
